Hi, I’m Trachele

and I’m the founder of Create Real Estate Wealth (C.R.E.W). In addition to being a real estate broker, I have a diverse background in mortgage banking, operations, finance and the legal field. I’ve also trained as an actor and love fitness, health, wellness and animals. I am a lupus warrior and serve as an Ambassador for the Lupus Foundation of America. Years ago I found myself struggling with the idea of being a traditional sales agent. I saw real estate as so much more than sales. I set out to combine all of my skills with the practical application of a license in order to create a sustainable, recession proof real estate business. I took a layered approach to systematically building real estate based businesses within my sales business. This method was a way to fortify my business and serve as a plan B or type of real estate agent retirement plan that would yield returns long after I stopped selling. I named my method the S.W.A.T method (shout out to my best friend for coming up with the acronym). This method became the pillar of instruction that C.R.E.W Academy was built on.
